Diary of the adventures of Luxembourgers in Moscow
From April 2 to 9, seven students of the Kalinka Russian School and Director Anna Radishevskaia, visited the Novye Veshki International Gymnasium, a leading private gymnasium in Moscow and the Moscow region. Here is a diary of this amazing trip.
During the trip, our students were keeping a diary, and once back home from Moscow, wrote an essay.

Monday, April 2. Trip from Luxembourg to Moscow, flight connection in Frankfurt am Main.
Tuesday, April 3. Our students discovered the Novye Veshki International Gymnasium and started studies. What Where When Intellectual Game. Presentation of the Kalinka Russian School and Luxembourg by Anna Radishevskaya and Anna Onoprienko, the vice-president of East-West United Bank, our main sponsor.
Wednesday, April 4. Visit to the Moscow Planetarium.
Thursday, April 5. Our students painted Easter eggs and used special tubes to play music (watch the video).
Friday, April 6. Scientific and practical conference was held with the participation of a private partner school. Visit to the Moscow Circus on Tsvetnoi Boulevard.
Saturday, April 7. Sightseeing including the Kremlin, the Red Square, Lenin's Mausoleum, GUM, Saint Basil's Cathedral, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Flying over Moscow in Zaryadye Park, a virtual flight over Moscow with a strong impression of reality (you get some water drops splashed over when you fly over a fountain, etc.).
Sunday, April 8. Visit to the first Russian SOS Children's Village in Tomilino. Visit to the Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics. Dinner in the famous restaurant in the Ostankino TV Tower, the highest in Europe.
Monday, April 9. Saying goodbye to new friends was not easy at all. Their kindness left a lasting impression on our students. Several boys were running after the bus that was taking the guests to the airport (watch the video).
