Earth is Our Home Writing Contest: results
As part of the Children’s Film Charity Festival in Luxembourg, students of the Kalinka Russian School took part in the Earth is Our Home Writing Contest.
8-15 year olds answered the following questions in their essays:
- What will our planet look like in 100 years?
- What, in your opinion, are the major threats to the environment nowadays?
- What are your suggestions for steps we might consider to improve the environmen?
- What have you already done to improve the environment?
The Kalinka Russian School held ecology lessons, where the students could write their essays.
Here are the contest winners:
1 place. Alexa Gonzales.
2 place. Kirill Korzhenevskii, Ksenia Kuptsova.
3 place. Elian Grenier, Liza Chistova.

The writing contest winners were rewarded on June 17 at the Russian Centre for Science and Culture in Luxembourg.
