Vladislava Ilyukhina, Russian teacher

Vladislava graduated from the Psychological and Pedagogical Faculty of the Nizhny Novgorod Pedagogical University (2006), having received a specialty Teacher with the right to teach English for preschoolers. In 2008, she graduated from the Higher School of Economics, received a second degree in Marketing. Until 2018, she lived in Prague, Czech Republic. In 2018, she moved to Luxembourg City. In the same year she started working at the Kalinka Russian School.

Vladislava finished Psychological and Pedagogical Faculty of the Nizhny Novgorod Pedagogical University in 2006 with a master degree. She is a qualified teacher or Russian language and can teach preschoolers English.

Most of her adult life, she thought that the teacher degree would not be useful to her. Therefore, after university study she fielded her success into marketing career.

Vladislava is a very passionate and creative person and she loves when there is a chance to expand and check the boundaries of her capabilities.

With the appearance of her own children, she clearly realized that nothing happens in life just like that, everything makes sense and at this time, she was able to reveal herself not only as a Mother, but also as a teacher. That's why she utilized the knowledge which she had learned at the Pedagogical University. She constantly built, painted, played, fantasized with her kids and every day they were discovering something new. And, of course, as a mother, she really wanted the children not to lose their native language, so that they could clearly express their thoughts and feel confident, carrying the culture of their native language.

While working with children, Vladislava prefers a democratic way of communication, which helps to be on the same ground. Working with children, she gets a huge boost of energy and return, and it is very valuable.

She believes that Kalinka's children are very lucky to live in a multicultural country and at the same time have the opportunity to preserve the Russian language.

And our task is to help them.
